Terms & Conditions – SF Transport VIP

1. Who We Are

SF Transport VIP (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides private chauffeur and black car services in the San Francisco Bay Area. By booking or using our services, or accessing sftransport.vip, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations & Quotes

• Requests: Reservations may be made through our website, email, or phone.

• Quotes: Prices are based on the details provided and may change if extra time, tolls, waiting, or additional stops occur.

• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (email or message) with date, time, pickup address, and vehicle type.

3. Payments

• We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments (Zelle, Venmo, etc.).

• A pre-authorization or deposit may be required before service.

• Any additional charges (see Section 5) will be applied after service, with a detailed receipt provided.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Point-to-point transfers: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup time. After that, 100% of fare will be charged.

• Hourly/charter service: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start time. After that, 100% of booked hours (minimums apply).

• No-show: If the passenger is not present after the included waiting period (see Section 5), the ride will be charged at 100%.

5. Waiting Time, Delays & Tolls

• Airports (SFO, SJC, OAK, SMF): 45 minutes complimentary waiting from the actual flight landing time (we monitor flights). After that, waiting is billed per minute at our standard rate.

• Residential/Commercial pickups: 15 minutes complimentary; after that, billed per minute.

• Tolls, airport fees, parking charges are billed to the client at cost plus any applicable admin fee.

6. Hourly Chauffeur Service

• Minimum hours may apply depending on vehicle type or event.

• Time is calculated garage-to-garage (from departure to return to base), unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Conduct, Safety & Child Seats

• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

• Seat belts must be worn at all times.

• Child/booster seats: Available upon request, subject to availability. Parents/guardians are responsible for proper use and installation.

• We reserve the right to refuse service in case of abusive, illegal, or unsafe behavior, without refund.

8. Luggage & Personal Items

• Luggage must fit safely in the reserved vehicle.

• We are not liable for lost or forgotten items. If found, we will make reasonable efforts to return them.

9. Cleaning & Damages

• A special cleaning fee may apply in case of spills, vomiting, or excessive dirt.

• Any damages caused to the vehicle by the client or their party will be billed at repair cost plus loss of use.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

We make every effort to be on time but accept no liability for delays caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to: severe traffic, accidents, road closures, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including missed flights or appointments).

12. Privacy & Cookies

We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. We use cookies necessary for the operation of the site; optional cookies are only used with your consent.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logo, text, photos, design) is owned by SF Transport VIP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without prior written permission.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, CA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
